| Abstract: | У даній роботі зазначено, що наша країна має величезний потенціал як для розвитку внутрішнього туризму, так і для залучення іноземних туристів. Величезна територія країни, багатонаціональність, величезна культурно-історична спадщина, унікальна, подекуди навіть незаймана природа – прекрасна основа для розвитку туристичного сектора економіки України. Також авторами зазначено, що гастрономічний туризм, як особливе явище, що відступає від загальноприйнятих стандартів глобалізації, відіграє важливу роль у відродженні етнокультурних традицій та сприяє збереженню ідентичності етнічних груп, що населяють територію країни, а також у підтримці цілісності світового культурного простору, що визначає доцільність інтеграції гастрономічного туризму у самостійний напрямок туристичної індустрії. |
| Description: | This paper states that our country has a huge potential both for the development of domestic tourism and for attracting foreign tourists. The vast territory of the country, multi-nationality, huge cultural and historical heritage, unique, in some places even untouched nature - an excellent basis for the development of the tourism sector of the economy of Ukraine. The authors also stated that gastronomic tourism, as a special phenomenon that deviates from the generally accepted standards of globalization, plays an important role in the revival of ethno-cultural traditions and contributes to the preservation of the identity of the ethnic groups inhabiting the territory of the country, as well as in maintaining the integrity of the world cultural space, which determines the expediency integration of gastronomic tourism into an independent direction of the tourist industry. |
