| Abstract: | За останні 50 років транспорт перетворився із багатогалузевої системи, на загальносвітову, складну, мережеву структуру, від якої залежить економіка цілих держав та регіонів. Зміни цін на транспортне паливо прямо впливають на собівартість перевезень, яке призводить до подорожчання цін, в тому числі і на продукти харчування. Оскільки за останні декілька десятиліть логістика харчових продуктів стала предметом багатьох досліджень, а також у сучасних виробників та дистриб’юторів продуктів харчування на меті стоїть завдання оптимізувати та покращити процеси постачань; наша науково-дослідна група вирішила проаналізувати постачання продуктів харчування у місті Суми та з’ясувати загальні проблеми для більшості постачальників харчових продуктів міста Суми. |
| Description: | Over the past 50 years, transport has transformed from a multi-industry system to global, complex, network structure, on which the economy of entire states depends and regions. Changes in transport fuel prices directly affect the cost of transportation, which leads to an increase in prices, including for food products. Because for the last For several decades, the logistics of food products has become the subject of many studies, and modern producers and distributors of food products also face a challenge optimize and improve supply processes; our research team decided analyze food supply in the city of Sumy and find out general problems for most food suppliers in the city of Sumy. |
