| Abstract: | Досліджено вплив елементів технології вирощування на еколого-трофічну структуру ризосферної мікробіоти сої та формування врожайності. З'ясовано, що попередник кукурудзи сприяє збільшенню чисельності бактерій, тоді як соняшник – мікроміцетів. Соя вирощена після кукурудзи створює сприятливіші умови для розвитку мікробіоти порівняно з соняшником. Інокуляція насіння біологічним препаратом сприяє збільшенню нодулярного апарату рослин та зростанню врожайності. Максимальна врожайність досягається при вирощуванні сої після кукурудзи та за умови інокуляції насіння біологічним препаратом. Рекомендації включають використання сівби насінням, інокуляцію насіння бактеріальним препаратом та висів сої після кукурудзи в сівозміні. |
| Description: | The influence of elements of cultivation technology on the ecological and trophic structure of soybean rhizosphere microbiota and yield formation was investigated. It was found that the maize precursor increases the number of bacteria, while sunflower increases the number of micromycetes. Soybeans grown after corn create more favourable conditions for the development of microbiota compared to sunflower. Inoculation of seeds with a biological product helps to increase the nodulation apparatus of plants and increase yields. Maximum yields are achieved when soybeans are grown after corn and when seeds are inoculated with a biological preparation. The recommendations include the use of seed sowing, seed inoculation with a bacterial preparation and sowing soybeans after corn in a crop rotation. |
