| Abstract: | Дана дипломна робота присвячена розробці системи автоматизації облікових процесів в ательє з виготовлення одягу, спрямованої на підвищення ефективності управління замовленнями, матеріалами та працівниками. Метою дослідження є створення підсистеми, яка оптимізує роботу ательє. Дипломна робота включає в себе кілька основних етапів: - аналіз предметної галузі: Дослідження сучасних методів та засобів автоматизації облікових процесів у швейній промисловості; - постановка проблеми та вибір засобів реалізації: Визначення основних вимог до системи автоматизації, окреслення завдань та вибір оптимального середовища розробки для підсистеми; - проектування підсистеми автоматизації: створення функціональних схем, проектування бази даних і розробка прототипу інтерфейсу користувача; - впровадження веб-додатку: програмування серверної та клієнтської частин системи, інтеграція з базою даних, проведення тестування та налаштування додатку; - розробка інструкцій користувача: Підготовка вичерпної документації для користувачів системи, включаючи опис функціональності та покрокові інструкції для виконання основних операцій. Отримана підсистема автоматизує облікові процеси в ательє, включаючи управління замовленнями, контроль запасів матеріалів, відстеження роботи співробітників і формування звітів. |
| Description: | This thesis is devoted to the development of a system for automating accounting processes in a clothing manufacturing atelier, aimed at increasing the efficiency of order, material, and employee management. The goal of the research is to create a web application that optimizes the work of the atelier. The thesis includes several main stages: - analysis of the subject field: Research of modern methods and means of automation of accounting processes in the garment industry; - setting the problem and choosing the means of implementation: Defining the main requirements for the automation system, outlining the tasks and choosing the optimal development environment for the web application; - automation subsystem design: creation of functional schemes, database design and development of a user interface prototype; - implementation of the web application: programming of the server and client parts of the system, integration with the database, testing and setting up the application; - development of user instructions: Preparation of comprehensive documentation for system users, including description of functionality and step-by-step instructions for performing basic operations. The resulting web application automates accounting processes in the atelier, including order management, material inventory control, employee performance tracking, and reporting. |
