| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто сутність поняття «кадрова політика»; розглянуті основні етапи реалізації, ключові елементи та методичні аспекти кадрової політики; визначені особливості управління кадровою політикою на деревообробному підприємстві. Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності ТОВ «Лебединський деревообробний комбінат» Сумського району Сумської області. Дано оцінку ефективності кадрової політики підприємства; проведено анкетування працівників; представлено SWOT-аналіз кадрової політики товариства; охарактеризовано стан управління кадровою політикою в деревообробному підприємстві. В третьому розділі нами запропоновані напрями вдосконалення управління кадровою політикою ТОВ «Лебединський деревообробний комбінат». |
| Description: | The qualification work considers the essence of the concept of "personnel policy"; the main stages of implementation, key elements and methodological aspects of personnel policy are considered; the peculiarities of personnel policy management at a woodworking enterprise are determined. A general organizational and economic characterization of the activities of LLC "Lebedin woodwork combine" of Sumy district of Sumy region is provided. The effectiveness of the enterprise's personnel policy is evaluated; a survey of employees is conducted; a SWOT-analysis of the company's personnel policy is presented; the status of personnel policy management in the woodworking enterprise is characterized. In the third section, we propose directions for improving the management of HR policy at LLC "Lebedin woodwork combine". |
