| Abstract: | В роботі виконано аналіз основних котелень Сумського НАУ та виконано вибір об’єкту для проведення реконструкції з модернізацією. Запропоновано основні особливості використання автоматизації для завантаження котельного агрегату паливом. Виконано розрахунки основного силового електрообладнання та наведено визначення особливостей модернізації системи електроосвітлення в приміщеннях котельних. Запропоновано схему для автоматизації системи керування насосним агрегатом подачі теплоносія по загальній тепловій мережі. Виконано аналіз основних заходів по охороні праці при роботі на котельній. Виконано економічне обґрунтування запропонованих рішень. Наведено висновки по роботі. |
| Description: | The work analyzed the main boiler houses of the Sumy National University and selected the object for reconstruction and modernization. The main features of the use of automation for loading the boiler unit with fuel are proposed. The calculations of the main power electrical equipment were performed and the features of the modernization of the electric lighting system in the boiler rooms were defined. A scheme for automating the control system of the pump unit for the supply of heat carrier through the general heat network is proposed. An analysis of the main measures for labor protection during work at the boiler room was performed. The economic justification of the proposed solutions has been carried out. The conclusions of the work are given. |
