| Abstract: | Виконано перевірочний розрахунок потужності електродвигунів технологічного обладнання, виконано розрахунок параметрів електронагрівальних підлог для свинарника - маточника, проведено розрахунок ультрафіолетового опромінення тварин за допомогою стаціонарної опромінювальної установки. Виконано розрахунок пускової та захисної апаратури, силових і освітлювальних мереж. Розроблено схеми автоматизації впроваджуваного технологічного обладнання. Розглянуто питання забезпечення охорони праці в свинарнику-маточнику. Проведено аналіз впливу виробничих процесів свинарника на навколишнє середовище. Здійснено техніко-економічні розрахунки для обґрунтування запропонованих рішень. |
| Description: | The verification calculation of the power of the electric motors of the technological equipment was performed, the parameters of the electrically heated floors for the pig house - broodstock were calculated, and the ultraviolet irradiation of animals was calculated using a stationary irradiating installation. Calculation of starting and protective equipment, power and lighting networks has been performed. The automation schemes of the introduced technological equipment have been developed. The issue of ensuring labor protection in the brooder pig house was considered. An analysis of the impact of production processes of the piggery on the environment was carried out. Technical and economic calculations were carried out to justify the proposed solutions. |
