| Description: | In the work, the development of an automated control system for the hard cheese production line of the dairy plant was carried out, as well as calculations were made for overload conditions and start-up conditions, after which more modern engines for cheese-making plants were selected. Developed management, placement and lighting schemes for the hard cheese production shop. |
