| Abstract: | В даній статті автором розглядається проблема ефективної професійної підготовки майбутнього фахівця, який зможе пристосуватися до мінливих умов сьогодення та бути конкурентоспроможним на ринку праці. Компетентнісний підхід, впровадження якого у вищі навчальні заклади дозволяє виконати поставлене завдання. Сьогодні суспільство вимагає від системи вищої освіти професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців, що володіють фундаментальними знаннями, вміннями та навичками, здатних творчо підходити до вирішення неординарних питань, бути конкурентоспроможними на ринку праці. Тому однім із основних завдань сучасної вищої освіти є питання впровадження компетентнісного підходу у професійну підготовку студентів. Основна увага акцентується на компетенціях, що сприяють адаптації фахівців до мінливих умов сучасного ринку праці й бурхливого розвитку науки й техніки. |
| Description: | In this article, the author considers the problem of effective professional training of a future specialist who will be able to adapt to the changing conditions of today and be competitive in the labor market. A competent approach, the implementation of which in higher educational institutions allows you to fulfill the task. Today, society demands from the system of higher education professional training of future specialists who possess fundamental knowledge, abilities and skills, who are able to creatively approach the solution of extraordinary issues, to be competitive in the labor market. Therefore, one of the main tasks of modern higher education is the issue of introducing the competency approach in the professional training of students. The main focus is on competencies that contribute to the adaptation of specialists to the changing conditions of the modern labor market and the rapid development of science and technology. |
