| Abstract: | В результаті проведеного дослідження встановлено, що психологічна сумісність спортсменів є складовою психологічного клімату в команді й суттєво впливає на підвищення командної взаємодії. Водночас психологічна несумісність призводить до конфліктності між спортсменами, деструктивно впливає на стосунки в колективі та зниження командної взаємодії. |
| Description: | As a result of the conducted research, it was established that the psychological compatibility of athletes is a component of the psychological climate in the team and significantly affects the improvement of team interaction. At the same time, psychological incompatibility leads to conflict between athletes, has a destructive effect on team relations and decreases team interaction. |
