| Abstract: | Розглянуто особливості педагогічної діяльності викладачів вищої школи. Зауважено, що однією з таких особливостей є існування наукової методології педагогічної діяльності та необхідність чітких світоглядних позицій викладача вищої школи. Показано, що для побудови теорії вищої освіти необхідно проаналізувати як культурно-історичний досвід етапів її розвитку, так і сучасний характер функціонування закладів вищої освіти, рівень та якість підготовки фахівців. Така теорія повинна мати необхідну змістовну основу та достатню наукову обґрунтованість та об’єктивність. У той же час вона повинна відображати основні особливості педагогічної діяльності у вищій школі, знання яких необхідне кожному викладачу. |
| Description: | Peculiarities of the pedagogical activity of teachers of the higher school are considered. It was noted that one of these features is the existence of a scientific methodology of pedagogical activity and the need for clear worldview positions of a higher school teacher. It is shown that in order to build a theory of higher education, it is necessary to analyze both the cultural and historical experience of the stages of its development, as well as the modern nature of the functioning of higher education institutions, the level and quality of the training of specialists. Such a theory must have the necessary substantive basis and sufficient scientific validity and objectivity. At the same time, it should reflect the main features of pedagogical activity in higher education, the knowledge of which is necessary for every teacher. |
