| Abstract: | Відомою причиною масового поширення іржі груші є активне ввезення різних видів, зокрема ялівцю козацького, для використання у ландшафтному дизайні. У цьому випадку життєвий цикл паразитичного гриба, збудника іржі, відбувається на двох рослинах - груші та ялівці. Збудник передається від ялівцю до груші і навпаки, при цьому дерева груші не заражаються одне від одного. |
| Description: | The reason for the massive spread of pear rust is the active import of different types of junipers. Different types of junipers are widely used in landscape design. The life cycle of the parasitic fungus, the causative agent of rust, occurs on two plants - pear and juniper. The pathogen is transmitted from juniper to pear and vice versa, while pear trees do not become infected from each other. |
