| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено питання формування основ професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності медичного закладу. Досліджено теоретико-методичні аспекти формування професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності медичного закладу; проведено оцінку стану професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності КНП «Клінічна лікарня Святого Пантелеймона» СМР; розроблено напрями формування основ професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності КНП «Клінічна лікарня Святого Пантелеймона» СМР. У роботі детально розглянуті алгоритм та ключові моменти розробки та впровадження основ професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності медичного закладу. На основі проведеного аналізу ефективності адміністративної діяльності в медичному закладі досліджено показники фінансових результатів господарювання, а також досліджено результативність виявлення етичних проблем в адміністративній діяльності медичного закладу. Запропоновано напрями формування основ професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності КНП «Клінічна лікарня Святого Пантелеймона» СМР, здійснено розробку основ професійної етики для медичного закладу. Базисом для формування основ професійної етики є Положення про етичні стандарти в адміністративній діяльності, проведення регулярних тренінгів з етики для адміністративного персоналу, створення комісії з розгляду етичних конфліктів, впровадження системи звітності щодо порушень етики, розробка порядку зворотного зв'язку від пацієнтів та персоналу, проведення аудиту адміністративних процедур на відповідність етичним нормам, а також запровадження системи контролю за конфіденційністю інформації. Засобами імітаційного моделювання визначено прогнозні показники ефективності запропонованих заходів з формування основ професійної етики в умовах удосконалення адміністративної діяльності, зроблено висновки щодо прогнозних ефектів від реалізації практичних механізмів забезпечення дотримання етичних стандартів та норм в КНП «Клінічна лікарня Святого Пантелеймона» СМР в адміністративному процесі. |
| Description: | The qualification work investigates the issue of forming the foundations of professional ethics in the context of improving the administrative activities of a medical institution. The theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of professional ethics in the context of improving the administrative activities of a medical institution are investigated; the state of professional ethics in the context of improving the administrative activities of the St. Panteleimon Clinical Hospital of the City Council is assessed; directions for the formation of the foundations of professional ethics in the context of improving the administrative activities of the St. Panteleimon Clinical Hospital of the City Council are developed. The paper describes in detail the algorithm and key points of the development and implementation of the basics of professional ethics in the context of improving the administrative activities of a medical institution. Based on the analysis of the efficiency of administrative activities in a medical institution, the indicators of financial performance are studied, and the effectiveness of identifying ethical problems in the administrative activities of a medical institution is investigated. Directions for the formation of the foundations of professional ethics in the context of improving the administrative activities of the St. Panteleimon Clinical Hospital of the City Council are proposed, and the development of the foundations of professional ethics for a medical institution is carried out. The basis for forming the basis of professional ethics is the Regulation on Ethical Standards in Administrative Activities, regular ethics training for administrative staff, creation of a commission for reviewing ethical conflicts, implementation of a reporting system for ethics violations, development of a procedure for feedback from patients and staff, audit of administrative procedures for compliance with ethical standards, and introduction of a system for monitoring information confidentiality. Using the simulation modeling tools, the predictive indicators of the effectiveness of the proposed measures for the formation of the foundations of professional ethics in the context of improving administrative activities are determined, conclusions are drawn on the predictive effects of the implementation of practical mechanisms to ensure compliance with ethical standards and norms in the administrative process at the St. Panteleimon Clinical Hospital of the City Council. |
