| Abstract: | In this qualification work the theoretical and methodological foundations of green engineering were studied. A study of the state of green engineering in CSCEC has been carried out. Recommendations to improve the efficiency of green engineering in CSCEC have been developed. In the first chapter ‘Theoretical and methodological foundations of green engineering, the evolution, concept, and essence of green engineering are investigated. The principles of green engineering are characterised. The stages of green engineering strategy formation in the company are considered. The key directions of green engineering are revealed. Chapter two, ‘Investigating the status of green engineering in CSCEC’, which contains three sub-chapters, studies the management of green engineering in CSCEC. Chapter three, ‘Improving Green Engineering at CSCEC’, which contains three sub-chapters, proposes recommendations to improve green engineering at CSCEC and evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed measures. Improving green engineering in a construction company is a necessary step to achieve sustainable development and create a more prosperous future. Green technologies and construction practices can lead to cost savings in energy, water, and material costs. In addition, adopting green practices and obtaining environmental certifications enhances a company's reputation as a responsible and sustainable business. Thus, the implementation of measures to improve green engineering at CSCEC will lead to positive changes in the company's performance in 2024, contributing to the further development of CSCEC and improving the efficiency of its core business. |
| Description: | У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади зеленої інженерії. Проведено дослідження стану зеленої інженерії в CSCEC. Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності зеленого інжинірингу в CSCEC. У першому розділі «Теоретико-методологічні засади зеленої інженерії» досліджено еволюцію, поняття та сутність зеленої інженерії. Охарактеризовано принципи зеленої інженерії. Розглянуто етапи формування стратегії зеленої інженерії на підприємстві. Виявлено ключові напрямки управління зеленою інженерією. У другому розділі «Дослідження стану зеленого інжинірингу в CSCEC», який складається з трьох підрозділів, досліджено управління зеленою інженерією в CSCEC. У третьому розділі «Вдосконалення зеленої інженерії в CSCEC», який складається з трьох підрозділів, пропонуються рекомендації щодо вдосконалення зеленої інженерії в CSCEC та оцінюється ефективність запропонованих заходів. Вдосконалення управління зеленою інженерією в будівельній компанії є необхідним кроком для досягнення сталого розвитку та створення більш процвітаючого майбутнього. Зелені технології та будівельні практики можуть призвести до економії витрат на енергію, воду та матеріали. Таким чином, реалізація заходів з удосконалення зеленої інженерії в CSCEC призведе до позитивних змін у показниках діяльності компанії у 2024 році, що сприятиме подальшому розвитку CSCEC та підвищенню ефективності її основної діяльності. |
