| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання особливостей формування продуктивності та якості зерна сучасних сортів пшениці озимої. Дослідження проводили упродовж 2023-2024 вегетаційного року. Об’єктом дослідження виступали сім сортів пшениці озимої вітчизняної та зарубіжної селекції: Богдана, Арктіс, Скаген, Асорі, Румор. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що на період повного припинення вегетації пшениці озимої у вузлах кущіння накопичилось розчинних цукрів у рослин 24,7-30,3%, що відповідає оптимальній біологічній нормі. Більший вміст цукрі був сформований рослинами сортів Скаген (29,8%) і Румор (29,4%). Вищим рівнем врожайності характеризувалися сорти озимої пшениці Скаген -7,74 т / га, Асорі – 7,54т / га і Румор - 7,00 т / га, що на 1,36, 1,16 і 0,62 т/га вище у порівнянні зі сортом стандартом Богдана при НІР05 0,609 т/га. При цьому технологічність збирання цих сортів була на рівні 88-94%. Згідно ДСТУ 3768:2019 «Пшениця. Технічні умови» більшість досліджуваних сортів пшениці. |
| Description: | In the qualification work, the question of the features of formation of productivity and grain quality of modern varieties of winter wheat is considered. The research was conducted during the 2023-2024 growing season. The object of the study was seven varieties of winter wheat of domestic and foreign selection: Bohdana, Arktis, Skagen, Asori, Rumor. As a result of the study, it was established that during the period of complete cessation of vegetation of winter wheat, soluble sugars accumulated in plants of 24.7-30.3% in the nodes of the tillers, which corresponds to the optimal biological norm. The higher sugar content was formed by plants of the Skagen (29.8%) and Rumor (29.4%) varieties. The highest level of yield was characterized by winter wheat varieties Skagen -7.74 t/ha, Asori - 7.54 t/ha and Rumor - 7.00 t/ha, which is 1.36, 1.16 and 0.62 t/ha higher in comparison with the standard variety Bohdan at NIR05 0.609 t/ha. At the same time, the manufacturability of harvesting these varieties was at the level of 88-94%. According to DSTU 3768:2019 "Wheat. Technical conditions" of the majority of studied wheat varieties. |
