| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблем управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрного підприємства. Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел і додатків. Загальний обсяг роботи становить 73 сторінки, що включає 28 таблиць. Список літературних джерел налічує 35 найменувань, розміщених на 5 сторінках. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в поглибленні теоретичних положень та розробці методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Об’єкт дослідження – процес управління формуванням резервів підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарського підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методологічні основи та науково-практичні засади управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарського підприємства. В першому – теоретичному розділі роботи визначені теоретико-методичні аспекти управління резервами підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрного підприємства. У другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику ПСП «Гарант» Сумського району Сумської області; здійснено оцінку ресурсних факторів управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства; розглянуто людський потенціал як основу підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У третьому розділі визначені виробничо-комерційні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності ПСП «Гарант»; обґрунтовано удосконалення адміністрування прибутковістю підприємства, як основного фактора його конкурентоспроможності. В кваліфікаційній роботі одержали подальшого розвитку: визначення функціональної ролі матеріально-речових і трудових елементів виробничих ресурсів в формуванні конкурентоспроможності підприємства (п.п. 2.2-2.3); розробка пріоритетних напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств (п.п. 3.1); обґрунтування удосконалення адміністрування прибутковістю підприємства, як основного фактора його конкурентоспроможності (п.п. 3.2). Основні наукові результати кваліфікаційної роботи доведено до рівня методичних розробок, що дає змогу використати їх у практичній діяльності підприємств сфери АПК регіону. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of the problems of management of reserves to increase the competitiveness of an agrarian enterprise. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources and appendices. The total volume of work is 73 pages, which includes 28 tables. The list of literary sources includes 35 names, placed on 5 pages. The purpose of the qualification work is to deepen the theoretical provisions and develop methodical and practical recommendations for the management of reserves to increase the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The object of research is the process of managing the formation of reserves to increase the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific and practical principles of reserve management for increasing the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise. In the first - theoretical section of the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of management of reserves to increase the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise are defined. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of PSP "Garant" of the Sumy district of the Sumy region are given; assessment of resource factors of enterprise competitiveness management was carried out; considered human potential as a basis for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. In the third section, the production and commercial aspects of increasing the competitiveness of PSP "Garant" are defined; the improvement of the administration is substantiated by the profitability of the enterprise, as the main factor of its competitiveness. The qualification work received further development: definition of the functional role of material and labor elements of production resources in the formation of the competitiveness of the enterprise (items 2.2-2.3); development of priority directions for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises (item 3.1); substantiating the improvement of the administration by the profitability of the enterprise, as the main factor of its competitiveness (item 3.2). The main scientific results of the qualification work have been brought to the level of methodical developments, which makes it possible to use them in the practical activities of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex of the region. |
