Abstract: Мета роботи - спроектувати дільницю по ремонту тракторів New Holland. Проаналізовано: господарську діяльність ТОВ «Глобино», будову трактора New Holland, дефекти, що ремонтуються. Розроблено: варіант технологічного процесу, верстатне пристосування, планування технологічної дільниці. Виконано розрахунки: програми ремонту, площі дільниці, кількості робітників, собівартості ремонту, режимів різання, технічного нормування, точністні та силові розрахунки пристосувань, техніко-економічних показники дільниці.
Description: The purpose of the work is to design a New Holland tractor repair station. Analyzed: economic activity of LLC "Hlobino", construction of the New Holland tractor, defects to be repaired. Developed: a variant of the technological process, machine tooling, planning of the technological area. Calculations were made: repair program, site area, number of workers, cost of repair, cutting modes, technical standardization, accuracy and power calculations of devices, technical and economic indicators of the site.
