| Abstract: | Напрямками вдосконалення обрані установки примусової системи змащування поверхонь диференціала, що дозволяє знизити втрати на тертя в парах (в диференціалі налічується 10 пар тертя) і підвищити коефіцієнт корисної дії використовуваного диференціала. Виконано розрахунок техніко-економічних показників проекту. За результатами розрахунку складена таблиця показників проекту. Таким чином, трактор «Беларус-1221» з модернізованим механізмом блокування диференціала може успішно застосовуватися для виконання робіт, з сільськогосподарськими машинами, які вимагають постійного використання блокування диференціала в сільському господарстві. |
| Description: | The areas of improvement are the installation of a forced system of lubrication of the surfaces of the differential, which allows to reduce frictional losses in pairs (there are 10 pairs of friction in the differential) and to increase the efficiency of the used differential. The calculation of technical and economic indicators of the project has been carried out. Based on the results of the calculation, a table of project indicators was compiled. Thus, the "Belarus-1221" tractor with a modernized differential lock mechanism can be successfully used for work with agricultural machines that require the constant use of a differential lock in agriculture. |
