| Abstract: | У рамках дослідження було розроблено модернізований лущильний агрегат на базі ЛДВ-3,0 з використанням запобіжного механізму пружинного типу, що дозволяє продовжити термін служби робочого органу та підвищити ефективність процесу обробки буряка. Крім того, була розроблена операційна карта на виготовлення деталей конструкції та проведені розрахунки міцності та життєздатності пружинного механізму. |
| Description: | As part of the research, a modernized peeling unit based on the LDV-3.0 was developed with the use of a spring-type safety mechanism, which allows you to extend the service life of the working body and increase the efficiency of the beet processing process. In addition, an operational map was developed for the production of structural parts and calculations of the strength and viability of the spring mechanism were carried out. |
