| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі виконаний аналіз діяльності ПП «Слобожанське» за останні роки. В технологічній частині описано технологію вирощування сої (обробіток ґрунту, удобрення, посів, догляд за посівами та збирання), кращі умови для росту; значення сої як попередника; зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки агрегатів під час виконання операції: лущення стерні; описані тонкощі посіву з використанням сівалки ССТ-12; складено технологічну карту на вирощування де ми вказали назву операції, склад агрегату та інші показники; складена операційно-технологічна карта на операцію: лущення стерні після попередника. В конструктивній частині удосконалено розкидач для внесення твердих мінеральних добрив 1–РМГ–4, шляхом устаткування машини штанговими змінними приставками замість відцентрових дисків. Саме у разі використання штангових приставок забезпечується більш висока рівномірність розподілу . Розглянутий стан охорони праці в господарстві і запропоновані заходи по його покращенню. Розробки кваліфікаційної роботи підтверджені інженерно − технічними розрахунками. |
| Description: | In the qualification work, an analysis of the activities of the PE "Slobozhanske" in recent years was carried out. The technological part describes the technology of growing soybeans (tillage, fertilization, sowing, crop care and harvesting), the best conditions for growth; the value of soy as a precursor; made technical and operational calculations of units during the operation: husking stubble; the subtleties of sowing are described using planters SST-12; a technological map for cultivation was drawn up, where we indicated the name of the operation, the composition of the unit and other indicators; compiled operational and technological map for the operation: husking of stubble after the predecessor. In the structural part, the spreader for applying solid mineral fertilizers 1–RMG–4 has been improved by equipping the machine with rods interchangeable attachments instead of centrifugal discs. It is in the case of using rod attachments that a higher uniformity of distribution is ensured. The state of labor protection in the economy and proposed measures to improve it are considered. The development of the qualification work is confirmed by engineering and technical calculations. |
