| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі виконаний аналіз виробничої діяльності ССК «Ярославна» за останні три роки. В технологічній частині описано значення соняшнику, а саме які попередники найкращі для даної культури, який обробіток ґрунту та технологію посіву. Проведені технологічні розрахунки по вибору машинно-тракторного агрегату для виконання операції посів соняшнику та внесення мінеральних добрив. В конструктивній розробці нами запропоновано конструкцію для здвоєння задніх шин трактора МТЗ-80 для посіву соняшнику, яка дасть можливість покращити зчеплення з ґрунтом та збільшення тягового зусилля. Розглянутий заходи по охорони праці при посіві соняшнику, заходи по знешкодженню шкідливих, небезпечних умов на виробництві. В розділі економічне обґрунтування виконана порівняльна оцінка визначення показників економічної ефективності роботи оптимального агрегату для посіву соняшнику. Креслення кваліфікаційного проекту обґрунтовані інженерно − технологічними та економічними розрахунками. |
| Description: | In the qualification work, an analysis of the production activity of SSK "Yaroslavna" for the last three years was performed. The technological part describes the importance of sunflower, namely which predecessors are best for this crop, which soil treatment and sowing technology. Technological calculations were carried out on the selection of a machine-tractor unit for the operation of sunflower sowing and application of mineral fertilizers. IN we proposed a design for doubling the rear tires of the MTZ-80 tractor for sunflower sowing, which will provide an opportunity to improve traction with the soil and increase the traction force. Labor protection measures during sunflower sowing, measures to neutralize harmful, dangerous conditions in production were considered. In the economic justification section, a comparative assessment of the definition of indicators is performed economic efficiency of the optimal unit for sowing sunflower. Drawings of the qualification project are based on engineering, technological and economic calculations. |
