| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі виконаний аналіз товариства ТОВ «ДІАМАНТ АГРО» за останні роки. В технологічній частині описано значення кукурудзи як силосної культури; вплив ґрунту, температури та вологи на культуру; місце в сівозміні; обробіток ґрунту під культуру; технологію посіву, догляду за посівами та збирання. Зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки посівного агрегату. Складено операційно-технологічні карти на посів та збирання кукурудзи на силос. В конструктивній частині кваліфікаційної роботи нами запропоновано пристрій який монтується до трактора МТЗ для навантаження силосної маси з траншей; навели гідравлічну схему для підключення до трактора; технологію підготовки до роботи; правила зберігання. Розробки кваліфікаційної роботи підтверджені інженерно − технічними розрахунками. |
| Description: | In the qualification work, an analysis of the company "DIAMANT AGRO" LLC over the past years has been performed. The technological part describes the importance of corn as a silage crop; influence of soil, temperature and moisture on culture; place in crop rotation; soil cultivation for crops; sowing, crop care and harvesting technology. Technical and operational calculations of the sowing unit were made. Compiled operationally technological maps for sowing and harvesting corn for silage. In the constructive part of the qualification work, we proposed a device that is mounted on an MTZ tractor for loading silage mass from trenches; provided a hydraulic diagram for connecting to the tractor; technology of preparation for work; storage rules. The development of the qualification work is confirmed by engineering and technical calculations. |
