| Abstract: | Мета роботи - спроектувати дільницю по ремонту тракторів «Case IH Puma». Проаналізовано: господарську діяльність ТОВ «Дружба Нова», технічні характеристики та будову трактора «Case IH Puma», дефекти, що ремонтуються. Розроблено: планування дільниці по ТО та ремонту, конструкцію знімача для гільзи, планування технологічної дільниці. Виконано розрахунки: програми ремонту, площі дільниці, кількості робітників, собівартості ремонту, режимів різання, технічного нормування, міцністні та силові розрахунки пристосуваня, техніко-економічних показники дільниці. |
| Description: | The purpose of the work is to design a repair station for "Case IH Puma" tractors. Analyzed: economic activity of Druzhba Nova LLC, technical characteristics and construction of the Case IH Puma tractor, defects that can be repaired. Developed: planning of the maintenance and repair department, sleeve puller design, planning of the technological department. Calculations were made: repair program, area of the site, number of workers, cost of repair, cutting modes, technical standardization, strength and power calculations of the device, technical and economic indicators of the site. |
