| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі виконаний аналіз товариства ТОВ «РАЙЗ-ПІВНІЧ» за останні роки. В технологічній частині описали значення зернових культур як попередника (та в цілому елемента сівозміни) та економічної складової продовольства держави; технологію підготовки насіння та ґрунту до посіву; технологічні аспекти посіву (ширину міжряддя, регулювання сівалки, процес висіву та інше.). Зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки посівного агрегату та складено операційно-технологічну карту на посів. Для комплектування широкозахватного посівного агрегату нами запропоновано зчіпку для трактора, яка дозволить приєднувати по обидві сторони трактора сівалки. Розглянуті питання охорони праці на описані заходи для попередження ризиків травматизму під час виконання посіву зернових культур. Зроблені розрахунки по обґрунтуванню використання широкозахватного посівного агрегату. |
| Description: | In the qualifying work, an analysis of the RISE-NORTH LLC company over recent years was performed. The technological part described the importance of grain crops as a precursor (and in general an element of crop rotation) and an economic component of the state's food supply; seed and soil preparation technology for sowing; technological aspects of sowing (row width, seeder adjustment, sowing process, etc.). Technical and operational calculations of the sowing unit were made and an operational and technological map for sowing was drawn up. To complete the wide-grip sowing unit, we offer a tractor hitch that will allow you to attach seed drills to both sides of the tractor. Considered occupational health and safety issues for the described measures to prevent injury risks during the sowing of grain crops. Calculations have been made to substantiate the use of a wide-grip sowing unit. |
