| Abstract: | В даній роботі розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу на прикладі спа-готелів, включаючи огляд основних понять, принципів управління та стратегій розвитку в галузі туристичної та спа-індустрії. Автор зазначає, що готельно-ресторанний бізнес в наш час є важливим елементом економіки, а також важливим компонентом галузі гостинності у містах, а зростаючий інтерес до готельно-ресторанного бізнесу створює нові можливості для його розвитку, особливо через вивчення успішних прикладів функціонування спа-готелів. Також у роботі представлено детальний аналіз діяльності спа-готелю «Sofa Club Hotel & Spa» (м. Суми) та його вплив на туристичний потік до міста. Автор наводить загальні відомості про готель, а також результати проведеного аналізу впливу діяльності даного спа-готелю на туристичну привабливість міста Суми. У даній роботі також запропоновані практичні рекомендації щодо розширення спектру послуг та якості обслуговування в готелі, а також рекомендації щодо співпраці готелю «Sofa Club Hotel & Spa» з іншими туристичними закладами міста та для залучення інвестицій. |
| Description: | This paper examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of the hotel and restaurant business using the example of spa hotels, including an overview of the main concepts, management principles and development strategies in the tourism and spa industry. The author notes that the hotel and restaurant business nowadays is an important element of the economy, as well as an important component of the hospitality industry in cities, and the growing interest in the hotel and restaurant business creates new opportunities for its development, especially through the study of successful examples of the operation of spa hotels. The work also presents a detailed analysis of the activities of the «Sofa Club Hotel & Spa» spa hotel (Sumy) and its impact on the tourist flow to the city. The author provides general information about the hotel, as well as the results of the analysis of the impact of the activities of this spa hotel on the tourist attraction of the city of Sumy. This work also offers practical recommendations for expanding the range of services and quality of service at the hotel, as well as recommendations for the cooperation of the «Sofa Club Hotel & Spa» hotel with other tourist establishments of the city and for attracting investments. |
