| Abstract: | Скорочення машинно-тракторного парку призвело до підвищеного навантаження на наявну техніку, збільшивши тривалість її використання поза нормативним терміном служби. Це, в свою чергу, підвищує витрати на ремонт і підтримання техніки в робочому стані. Метою роботи є оптимізувати процес ремонту машинно-тракторного парку. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі були встановлені та вирішенні наступні завдання: 1. Визначити загальну трудомісткість ремонтних робіт, які будуть виконуватися в майстерні, з урахуванням їх розподілу між різними об'єктами ремонтно-обслуговуючої бази ТСП “Лан” 2. Обґрунтувати заходи з організації якісного ремонту плугів у майстерні, а також розробити загальний технологічний процес. 3. Підрахувати кількість основного обладнання та підібрати допоміжне відповідно до запланованих робіт. 4. Розробити спеціальні засоби технологічного оснащення. 5. Скласти план заходів для покращення техніки безпеки в ремонтній майстерні, враховуючи необхідність її модернізації. 6. Провести техніко-економічну оцінку проекту. | Description: | Reduction of the machine-tractor fleet led to an increased load on the existing equipment, increasing the duration of its use beyond the standard service life. This, in turn, increases the costs of repairing and maintaining equipment in working order. The purpose of the work is to optimize the process of repairing the machine and tractor park. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work: 1. To determine the total labor intensity of the repair works that will be performed in the workshop, taking into account their distribution among the various objects of the repair and maintenance base of TSP "Lan" 2. To substantiate measures for the organization of high-quality repair of plows in the workshop, as well as to develop a general technological process. 3. Calculate the amount of main equipment and select auxiliary equipment in accordance with the planned works. 4. Develop special means of technological equipment. 5. Draw up a plan of measures to improve safety equipment in the repair workshop, taking into account the need for its modernization. 6. Conduct a technical and economic assessment of the project. The object of research is repair technology The subject of the study is the organization of the technology of parts repair. |
