| Abstract: | Мета роботи - спроектувати дільницю по технічному обслугованню і ремонту тракторів New Holland. Проаналізовано: господарську діяльність ТОВ «Лотуре-Агро», будову тракторів «New Holland T 7060», дефекти, що ремонтуються. Розроблено: варіант технологічного процесу, пристосування, планування технологічної дільниці. Виконано розрахунки: програми ремонту, площі дільниці, кількості робітників, собівартості ремонту, режимів різання та наплавки деталей, технічного нормування, точністні та силові розрахунки пристосувань, техніко-економічних показники дільниці. |
| Description: | The purpose of the work is to design a station for technical maintenance and repair of New Holland tractors. Analyzed: economic activity of "Loture-Agro" LLC, construction of "New Holland T 7060" tractors, defects to be repaired. Developed: a variant of the technological process, adaptation, planning of the technological area. Calculations were made: repair program, site area, number of workers, cost of repair, modes of cutting and surfacing parts, technical standardization, accuracy and power calculations of devices, technical and economic indicators of the site. |
