| Abstract: | Здоров’я студентської молоді – найважливіша передумова її всебічного гармонійного розвитку, гарант реалізації набутих знань, активної життєдіяльності, успішного навчання, підґрунтя професійної підготовки. Дослідники зазначають, що одним із головних чинників підвищення працездатності в процесі життєдіяльності майбутніх фахівців є позитивний досвід ставлення до здоров’я, знання засобів його збереження. Це підтверджує необхідність формування у здобувачів освіти моделі поведінки, що сприяє збереженню здоров’я. |
| Description: | The health of student youth is the most important prerequisite for their all-round harmonious development, a guarantor of the realization of acquired knowledge, an active lifestyle, successful studies, and the basis of professional training. The researchers note that one of the main factors of increasing work capacity in the life process of future specialists is a positive experience of attitude to health, knowledge of means of its preservation. |
