| Abstract: | В статті надані результати аналізу компонентів управлінської компетентності майбутніх технологів. Доведено, що зміст управлінської компетентності майбутніх технологів визначається системою її компонентів, які тісно пов’язані між собою, цілісно проявляються в управлінській діяльності та спрямовані на реалізацію сукупності управлінських функцій. |
| Description: | The article presents the results of the analysis of the components of managerial competence of future technologists. It is proved that the content of management competence of future technologists is determined by the system of its components, which are closely related to each other, integrally manifested in management activities and aimed at the implementation of a set of management functions. |
