| Abstract: | У дипломній роботі розглянуто підвищення ефективності роботи електротехнологічного комплексу первинної обробки молока на прикладі ТОВ «Велетень» м. Глухів Шосткинського району Сумської області. Аналіз існуючої системи первинної обробки молока на підприємстві виявив можливості для її удосконалення. Окремо було розглянуто використання ультразвуку для обробки молока, зокрема розробку пристрою для ультразвукової обробки, вибір генератора та випромінювача. Ультразвукова обробка покращує мікроструктуру молока, знижує кількість мікроорганізмів і стабілізує хімічний склад. |
| Description: | The thesis considers increasing the efficiency of the electrotechnological complex for primary milk processing using the example of LLC "Veleten" in the city of Glukhiv, Shostka district, Sumy region. Analysis of the existing system of primary milk processing at the enterprise revealed opportunities for its improvement. The use of ultrasound for milk processing was separately considered, in particular, the development of a device for ultrasonic processing, the selection of a generator and emitter. Ultrasonic processing improves the microstructure of milk, reduces the number of microorganisms and stabilizes the chemical composition. |
