| Abstract: | В роботі проведено аналіз впливу розмірів насіннєвого матеріалу на їх репродуктивний потенціал, зокрема врожайність, визначено актуальність. Проведено аналіз методик ідентифікації геометричних параметрів об’єктів складної форми, визначено перспективи. Для забезпечення сталої та продуктивної роботи відповідного сепарувального обладнання проведено математичне моделювання пристрою. Встановлено рівняння щодо швидкості одношарового руху насіннєвого матеріалу по скатній поверхні, при якій можливе проведення ідентифікації розмірів. Розроблено технічну реалізацію ідентифікації розмірів та апробовано її на насіннєвому матеріалу озимої пшениці Подолянка. Результати роботи дозволили обґрунтувати можливість ідентифікації розмірів насіння при їх сепаруванні, що сприяє підвищенню їх якості. |
| Description: | The work analyzes the influence of seed size on their reproductive potential, in particular yield, and determines its relevance. The methods for identifying geometric parameters of objects of complex shape are analyzed, and prospects are determined. To ensure stable and productive operation of the corresponding separation equipment, mathematical modeling of the device is carried out. An equation for the speed of single-layer movement of seed material along a sloping surface is established, at which size identification is possible. A technical implementation of size identification is developed and tested on the seed material of winter wheat Podolyanka. The results of the work allowed us to substantiate the possibility of identifying seed sizes during their separation, which contributes to improving their quality. |
