| Abstract: | Повітряні компресори пропонують численні переваги, значно підвищуючи ефективність виконання різноманітних сільськогосподарських завдань. Однією з основних переваг є можливість живлення пневматичних інструментів. Ще однією істотною перевагою є роль повітряних компресорів у системах поливу. Метою роботи є є підвищення працездатності відцентрових компресорів, за рахунок удосконалення технології виготовлення і ремонту підшипників ковзання (ПК). Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі були встановлені та вирішенні наступні завдання: - аналіз умов роботи підшипників ковзання відцентрових компресорів; - аналіз основних причин, що впливають на надійність і довговічність підшипників ковзання; - аналіз методів підвищення експлуатаційних властивосте ПК і вибір найбільш перспективних; - розробка методики проведення досліджень; - проведення порівняльних іспитів. Об’єктом досліджень є підвищення працездатності відцентрових компресорів, за рахунок удосконалення технології виготовлення і ремонту підшипників ковзання. Предмет дослідження – закономірності процесу підвищення працездатності відцентрових компресорів, за рахунок удосконалення технології виготовлення і ремонту підшипників ковзання. |
| Description: | Air compressors offer numerous advantages, significantly increasing the efficiency of performing various agricultural tasks. One of the main advantages is the ability to power pneumatic tools. Another significant advantage is the role of air compressors in irrigation systems. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of centrifugal compressors by improving the technology of manufacturing and repairing plain bearings (PC). To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work: - analysis of the operating conditions of plain bearings of centrifugal compressors; - analysis of the main reasons affecting the reliability and durability of plain bearings; - analysis of methods for improving the operational properties of PCs and selecting the most promising ones; - development of research methods; - conducting comparative tests. The object of the research is to increase the efficiency of centrifugal compressors by improving the technology of manufacturing and repairing plain bearings. The subject of the study is the regularities of the process of increasing the efficiency of centrifugal compressors by improving the technology of manufacturing and repairing sliding bearings. |
