| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці технології обґрунтування технічного забезпечення мобільного пункту ремонту комбайнів John Deere. Метою представленої роботи є технічне обґрунтування вдосконалення технічного забезпечення мобільних пунктів ремонту та технічного обслуговування комбайнів John Deere. Об'єкт дослідження – технологічні методи виконання ремонту та ТО комбайнів John Deere на місці проведення польових робіт. Предмет дослідження – технологічний процес ТО та ремонту т комбайнів John Deere в польових умовах сільськогосподарського підприємства. В роботі проведений огляд літературних джерел по темі дослідження, проведений аналіз існуючих способів ремонту, проведено дослідження для вдосконаленого технологічного процесу ремонту. Запропоновані перелік заходів з охорони праці при впровадженні розробленої технології, проведено економічне обґрунтування. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the development of a technology for substantiating the technical support of a mobile repair point for John Deere combines. The purpose of the presented work is to provide a technical justification for improving the technical support of mobile repair and maintenance points for John Deere combines. The object of the research is technological methods for performing repair and maintenance of John Deere combines at the site of field work. The subject of the research is the technological process of maintenance and repair of John Deere combines in the field conditions of an agricultural enterprise. The work reviews literary sources on the topic of the research, analyzes existing repair methods, conducts research for an improved technological repair process. A list of occupational safety measures is proposed when implementing the developed technology, and conducts an economic justification. |
