| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення поточного стану перевезення співробітників Сумської філії ТОВ «ГРМУ», пошук оптимальних шляхів перевезення та розробка пропозицій щодо удосконалення систем перевезень. Об’єктом дослідження є система перевезення співробітників Сумської філії ТОВ «ГРМУ», а предметом - шляхи та методи їх реалізації. Для досягнення поставленої мети вирішуються такі завдання: - аналіз стану існуючих шляхів перевезень співробітників Сумської філії ТОВ «ГРМУ»; - дослідження та удосконалення системи перевезень співробітників Сумської філії ТОВ «ГРМУ»; - аналіз стану охорони праці на підприємстві; - економічне обгрунтування ефективності запропонованих рішень. Практична цінність роботи може бути корисною для керівництва підприємства у прийнятті рішень щодо вдосконалення системи перевезення співробітників, що сприятиме покращенню робочого процесу та зниженню витрат. |
| Description: | The purpose of the qualification work is to study the current state of transportation of employees of the Sumy branch of LLC "GRMU", search for optimal transportation routes and develop proposals for improving transportation systems. The object of the study is the transportation system of employees of the Sumy branch of LLC "GRMU", and the subject is the ways and methods of their implementation. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are solved: - analysis of the state of existing transportation routes of employees of the Sumy branch of LLC "GRMU"; - research and improvement of the transportation system of employees of the Sumy branch of LLC "GRMU"; - analysis of the state of labor protection at the enterprise; - economic justification of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The practical value of the work can be useful for the management of the enterprise in making decisions on improving the employee transportation system, which will contribute to improving the workflow and reducing costs. |
