| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних та методичних аспектів управління оборотними активами підприємства та розробка і обґрунтування напрямків підвищення її ефективності. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, переліку літературних джерел і додатків, містить графічний і табличний матеріал. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми дослідження, сформульовано її мету та задачі, визначено об’єкт, предмет і методи дослідження, розкрито наукову спрямованість дослідження, практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи, надано відомості щодо апробації результатів дослідження. Перший розділ кваліфікаційної роботи присвячений узагальненню теоретичних та методичних аспектів управління оборотними активами підприємства, зокрема з питань їх формування та використання. Наведена методика оцінки ефективності використання оборотних активів підприємства. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи автор аналізує систему управління оборотними активами науково-виробничого підприємства, яке працює у промисловій галузі. Автор надає організаційну характеристику діяльності досліджуваного підприємства, аналізує у динаміці показники складу та структури ресурсного його забезпечення і ефективності використання основних, оборотних та трудових ресурсів. У кваліфікаційній роботі автор аналізує формування результатів діяльності досліджуваного підприємства, а саме, доходів, витрат і чистого прибутку. Автор проводить аналіз складу та структури оборотних активів підприємства, надає оцінку ефективності їх використання. В роботі автором зроблена оцінка фінансового стану досліджуваного підприємства. В результаті аналізу виявлені недоліки в управлінні оборотними активами науково-виробничого підприємства, які мали негативний вплив на платоспроможність та ліквідність підприємства. В третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи автор наводить пропозиції та їх обґрунтування з питання удосконалення процесу управління оборотними активами досліджуваного підприємства. Автором визначено основні напрямки підвищення ефективності формування та використання оборотних активів, виявлені резерви підвищення ефективності управління оборотними активами досліджуваного підприємства, зокрема прискорення оборотності оборотних активів. Автором запропонований алгоритм роботи підприємства з дебіторською заборгованістю з метою мінімізації ризиків «касових розривів» на підприємстві. |
| Description: | The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the current assets of the enterprise and develop and substantiate directions for increasing its efficiency. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of literature sources and appendices, contains graphic and tabular material. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, formulates its goal and objectives, determines the object, subject and methods of research, reveals the scientific focus of the research, the practical significance of the qualification work, provides information on the testing of the research results. The first section of the qualification work is devoted to generalizing the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the current assets of the enterprise, in particular on the issues of their formation and use. The methodology for assessing the efficiency of the use of current assets of an enterprise is presented. In the second section of the qualification work, the author analyses the current assets management system of a research and production enterprise operating in the industrial sector. The author provides an organizational characteristic of the activities of the enterprise under study, analyses the dynamics of the composition and structure of its resource support and the efficiency of the use of fixed, current and labour resources. In the qualification work, the author analyses the formation of the results of the activities of the enterprise under study, namely, income, expenses and net profit. The author analyses the composition and structure of the enterprise's current assets, provides an assessment of the efficiency of their use. In the work, the author assessed the financial condition of the enterprise under study. As a result of the analysis, shortcomings were identified in the management of current assets of the research and production enterprise, which had a negative impact on the solvency and liquidity of the enterprise. In the third section of the qualification work, the author provides proposals and their justification on the issue of improving the process of managing current assets of the enterprise under study. The author has identified the main directions of increasing the efficiency of the formation and use of current assets, identified reserves for increasing the efficiency of management of current assets of the studied enterprise, in particular, accelerating the turnover of current assets. The author has proposed an algorithm for the enterprise's work with receivables in order to minimize the risks of "cash gaps" at the enterprise. |
