| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних та методичних основ стратегічного управління закладу фахової освіти в контексті формування його фінансової стратегії. Перший розділ кваліфікаційної роботи присвячений узагальненню теоретичних та методичних аспектів стратегічного управління та формування фінансової стратегії коледжу. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи автор аналізує систему стратегічного управління закладу фахової освіти. Автор надає організаційну характеристику діяльності досліджуваного закладу фахової освіти, аналізує у динаміці показники складу та структури ресурсного його забезпечення і ефективності використання його ресурсів. У кваліфікаційній роботі автор аналізує джерела фінансового забезпечення діяльності освітнього закладу, цільове використання його бюджетних коштів. Встановлені джерела фінансових ресурсів закладу фахової освіти, а саме: бюджетні асигнування, які формують і використовуються із загального фонду бюджету коледжу; власні кошти, одержані за рахунок надання платних послуг, які формують і використовуються із спеціального фонду. Зроблена оцінка фінансування досліджуваного освітнього закладу, яка передбачає вивчення забезпеченості установи бюджетними коштами, а також повноти їх використання. Для цього планове фінансування порівнювалися з фактичними, а отримані суми бюджетних коштів - з касовими витратами установи. В третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи автор наводить пропозиції з питання удосконалення процесу стратегічного управління діяльністю закладу фахової освіти. Автором сформульовані виклики досліджуваного коледжу фахової освіти, на підставі яких були може визначити подальші зміни, що можна реалізувати в рамках стратегічного управління шляхом формування функціональних стратегій: стратегії управління освітою; кадрової стратегії; стратегії управління фінансовими ресурсами. Автором визначені принципи, які повинні лежати в основі запропонованої моделі стратегічного управління фаховим закладом освіти, що підвищить якість управління закладом. Встановлено, що основні ризики формування стратегії розвитку коледжу можуть бути знижені за рахунок спеціальної системи заходів попередження виникнення дефіциту бюджету за рахунок залучення позабюджетних і спонсорських коштів; попередження виникнення дефіциту часу за рахунок календарного планування; попередження виникнення дефіциту кадрів за рахунок перерозподілу обов’язків виконавців тощо. В основі побудови фінансової стратегії коледжу лежать результати SWOT-аналізу, який відображає сильні сторони і перспективні можливості коледжу. Запропонована методика прогнозування показників грошових надходжень коледжу протягом навчального року в розрізі кожного місяця, точність якої підтверджується фактичними даними. |
| Description: | The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of effective relations of the enterprise with banking institutions and to substantiate the directions for increasing their efficiency. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of literary sources and appendices, contains graphic and tabular material. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, formulates its goal and objectives, determines the object, subject and methods of research, reveals the scientific focus of the research, the practical significance of the qualification work, provides information on the testing of the research results. The first section of the qualification work is devoted to the generalization of theoretical and methodological aspects of organizing effective relations between an enterprise and banking institutions. The types of services that banks provide to their corporate clients are given. In the second section of the qualification work, the author analyses the financial and economic indicators of the activity of an enterprise operating in the field of trade as a client of a banking institution. The main activity of the enterprise is related to the trade of bread, bakery and confectionery products, the dynamics of production of which was analysed throughout Ukraine. The author provides an organizational characteristic of the activities of the studied enterprise, analyses the dynamics of the composition and structure of its resource support, and the financial results of the enterprise. The work establishes that the enterprise has losses throughout the entire studied period due to a decrease in production volumes and inefficient use of the enterprise's fixed and current assets. Therefore, the enterprise's bankruptcy was diagnosed using the universal discriminant function of Tereshchenko, which was developed for domestic enterprises. The author assesses the creditworthiness of the enterprise. In the third section of the qualification work, the author lists the main areas for improving the efficiency of managing the creditworthiness of an enterprise to obtain a bank loan, which are divided into three blocks: ways to improve the credit history and history of relations with banks; ways to improve the performance of the enterprise's production activities; ways to improve the financial condition of the enterprise. One of these areas is the use of an ATM for targeted advertising of products in order to increase sales volumes by attracting new customers. To increase the efficiency of working with the bank, the author proposes to improve the process of developing the enterprise's financial strategy. |
