| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота досліджує архітектурно-планувальну організацію готельно-туристичних комплексів на прикладі Сумської області. Об’єкт дослідження — готельно-туристичні комплекси, предмет — особливості їх архітектурно-планувальних рішень. Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновку та списку літератури. У першому розділі аналізуються історичні аспекти розвитку готельної інфраструктури та досвід проєктування в Україні й за кордоном. Другий розділ присвячений факторам формування готельно-туристичних комплексів та їх класифікації. У третьому розділі визначено специфіку проєктування цих об’єктів з урахуванням природних, економічних і соціокультурних умов Сумської області. Мета роботи — розробка оптимальних архітектурно-планувальних рішень, які відповідають місцевим особливостям, сучасним вимогам комфорту, екологічності та економічності. |
| Description: | The qualification work examines the architectural and planning organization of hotel and tourist complexes on the example of Sumy region. The object of the study is hotel and tourist complexes, the subject is the peculiarities of their architectural and planning solutions. The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The first section analyzes the historical aspects of the development of hotel infrastructure and design experience in Ukraine and abroad. The second section is devoted to the factors of formation of hotel and tourist complexes and their classification. The third section defines the specifics of designing these facilities, taking into account the natural, economic, and socio-cultural conditions of the Sumy region. The purpose of the study is to develop optimal architectural and planning solutions that meet local characteristics, modern requirements for comfort, environmental friendliness, and cost-effectiveness. |
