Abstract: Робота складається з двох розділів: Розділ 1. Загальна характеристика роботи: Виконується опис наукової частини роботи. Розділ 2. Бібліографічний огляд досліджень: Проводиться дослідження технологічного процесу або конструктивного елементу будівлі. Розділ 3. Розробка вдосконаленого кошторису: Описано процес оптимізації створення локальних кошторисів. Розділ 4. Архітектурно-будівельний: Розроблено архітектурно-об'ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення будівлі.
Description: The paper consists of two sections: Section 1. General description of the work: Describes the scientific part of the work. Section 2. Bibliographic review of research: A study of the technological process or structural element of the building is carried out. Section 3. Development of an improved estimate: The process of optimising the creation of local estimates is described. Section 4. Architectural and construction: Architectural, space-planning and structural solutions for the building are developed.
