| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто аспекти управління ефективністю підприємства галузі рослинництва в сільськогосподарському підприємстві ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро»; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства; досліджено поточний стан управління ефективністю галузі рослинництва на підприємстві; досліджено показники результативності управління ефективністю галузі рослинництва на підприємстві у динаміці; запропоновані напрями удосконалення управління ефективністю галузі рослинництва в ПСП «Слобожанщина Агро». Запропонований комплекс заходів, розрахований на формування системи ефективного ціноутворення в досліджуваному підприємстві. Моніторинг цін допомагає прийняти обґрунтовані рішення щодо виробничих процесів, інвестицій та маркетингової стратегії, що безпосередньо впливає на рентабельність та конкурентоспроможність продукції підприємства. Передбачає постійний збір та аналіз даних про ціни на ринку рослинницької продукції, засобів виробництва та інших ресурсів. |
| Description: | The qualification work considers the aspects of managing the efficiency of the plant growing enterprise in the agricultural enterprise of the PSP “Slobozhanshchyna Agro”; provides an organizational and economic description of the studied enterprise; studies the current state of management of the efficiency of the plant growing industry in the enterprise; studies the indicators of the efficiency of management of the efficiency of the plant growing industry in the enterprise in dynamics; suggests directions for improving the management of the efficiency of the plant growing industry in the PSP “Slobozhanshchyna Agro”. A set of measures designed to form a system of effective pricing in the studied enterprise is proposed. Price monitoring helps to make informed decisions about production processes, investments and marketing strategy, which directly affects the profitability and competitiveness of the enterprise's products. It involves the continuous collection and analysis of data on prices in the market of crop products, inputs and other resources. |
