| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи системи менеджменту, окреслено відмінності значення системи менеджменту. Здійснено організаційно-економічна характеристика Миколаївської селищної ради, яка здійснює свою діяльність у межах повноважень, визначених законодавством України. Охарактеризовано особливості функціонування селищної ради. Проведена оцінка системи менеджменту селищної ради. Відповідно до Цілей Сталого Розвитку запропоновано управлінський елемент екологічної відповідальності селищної ради, зокрема впровадження політики Green Management. Сформовано основні складові елементи політики Green менеджменту селищної ради: суб’єкти, функції, процеси та результат. Запропоновані напрями, на яких ґрунтується дана політика: організація сортування відходів в офісі, створення екологічних ініціатив серед персоналу тощо. Розрахована пропозиція щодо сортування і здачі на вторинну переробку різного виду сміття. Дохід від впровадження проекту становить 363000,00 грн. з періодом окупності у 1,5 року. Як результат, запропонований перспективний функціональний підхід Політики Green менеджменту. |
| Description: | The qualification work investigates the theoretical foundations of the management system. The directions of development of local authorities. The differences in the meaning of of management and management system are outlined. The organisational and economic characteristics of the Mykolaiv village council, are carried out. The peculiarities of functioning of the settlement council are characterised. The management system of the settlement council is evaluated. In accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals, a managerial element of environmental responsibility of the settlement council is proposed, in particular, the implementation of the Green Management policy. The main constituent elements of the Green Management policy of the settlement council are formed: subjects, functions, processes and results. A proposal for the sorting and recycling of various types of waste has been calculated. The income from the project implementation is UAH 363,000.00 with a payback period of 1.5 years. As a result, a promising functional approach to the Green Management Policy was proposed. |
