| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена визначенню психологічних особливостей дівчат, які займаються пляжним волейболом у групі початкової підготовки. Проведений аналізу рухливості нервових процесів, аналіз особистої та ситуативної тривожності та самооцінку психічного стану. За результатами дослідження можна зазначити, що тренеру в спортивно-педагогічній практиці необхідно орієнтуватися на показники психологічного стану гравчинь, тому що високі тренувальні навантаження можуть уповільнити процес спортивного зростання спортсменок. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the definition of psychological characteristics of girls who play beach volleyball in the initial training group. An analysis of the mobility of nervous processes, an analysis of personal and situational anxiety and self-assessment of mental state were carried out. According to the results of the study, it can be noted that the coach in sports and pedagogical practice needs to focus on indicators of the psychological state of the players, because high training loads can slow down the process of sports growth of athletes. |
