| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто процес встановлення меж земельних ділянок як ключовий елемент ефективного управління земельними ресурсами. Описано основні етапи цього процесу, зокрема аналіз документів, польові вимірювання, обробку отриманих даних та їхнє юридичне оформлення. Особлива увага приділена сучасним геодезичним технологіям, таким як GNSS-системи, лазерне сканування (LiDAR), фотограмметрія, аерозйомка та геоінформаційні системи (ГІС), що забезпечують високу точність вимірювань і прозорість кадастрових робіт. Також висвітлено правові аспекти визначення меж, що сприяють зниженню ризиків земельних конфліктів, справедливій ринковій оцінці ділянок та залученню інвестицій у земельні проєкти. |
| Description: | The article examines the process of establishing land boundaries as a key element of effective land management. The main stages of this process are described, in particular, document analysis, field measurements, processing of the obtained data and their legal registration. Particular attention is paid to modern geodetic technologies, such as GNSS systems, laser scanning (LiDAR), photogrammetry, aerial photography and geographic information systems (GIS), which ensure high measurement accuracy and transparency of cadastral work. The legal aspects of determining boundaries that contribute to reducing the risks of land conflicts, fair market valuation of plots and attracting investments in land projects are also highlighted. |
