| Abstract: | Земля є одним з найцінніших ресурсів, яким володіє кожна територіальна громада. Вона служить основою для розвитку сільського господарства, будівництва, промисловості та інфраструктури. Від раціонального використання земель залежить економічний добробут громади, її екологічна стабільність і соціальний розвиток. Однак для того, щоб ефективно управляти цим ресурсом, необхідно мати чітке уявлення про його стан і динаміку змін. Саме тому важливим елементом сучасного управління землями є моніторинг їх використання. |
| Description: | Land is one of the most valuable resources possessed by every territorial community. It serves as the basis for the development of agriculture, construction, industry and infrastructure. The economic well-being of the community, its ecological stability and social development depend on the rational use of land. However, in order to effectively manage this resource, it is necessary to have a clear idea of its condition and the dynamics of changes. That is why an important element of modern land management is monitoring its use. |
