| Abstract: | Гібридомна технологія є традиційною для одержання моноклональних антитіл. Удосконалення методів генетичної інженерії рослин обумовило можливість їх використання в якості продуцентів моноклональних антитіл. Прикладом фармацевтичного препарату, синтезованого трансгенними рослинами, є ZMapp - комплекс моноклональних антитіл проти лихоманки Ебола. |

Improved methods of genetic engineering of plants have made it possible to use them as producers of monoclonal antibodies An example of a pharmaceutical product synthesised by transgenic plants is ZMapp, a complex of monoclonal antibodies against Ebola. |
