| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано роботу ТОВ «Агрохім-Партнер», включаючи використання машинно-тракторного парку та організацію технічних засобів. Метою дослідження є підвищення ефективності та точності розподілу добрив шляхом модернізації технічних засобів. Представлено аналіз діяльності підприємства, характеристику машинно-тракторного парку, описано організацію роботи технічних засобів. Технологічна частина присвячена класифікації методів внесення добрив (передпосівний, припосівний, післяпосівний, внутрішньоґрунтовий) і типів обладнання, з акцентом на використанні сучасних енергоощадних технологій і GPS-навігації. Конструктивна частина роботи зосереджена на модернізації центробіжно-дискового розкидача МВУ-6, оснащеного регульованими лопатями, що дозволяє змінювати ширину розсіювання в межах 14–30 м залежно від умов експлуатації. Розділ з охорони праці містить вимоги з безпеки праці під час застосування мінеральних добрив та заходи безпеки при застосуванні різних видів добрив. Також подано розрахунки технічних та економічних показників, які демонструють ефективність впровадженого рішення, зокрема зменшення витрат на добрива та підвищення продуктивності. | Description: | The qualification work analyzes the work of LLC "Agrohim-Partner", including the use of machinery and tractor fleet and the organization of technical means. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency and accuracy of fertilizer distribution by modernizing technical means. An analysis of the enterprise's activities, a characteristic of the machinery and tractor fleet, and a description of the organization of the work of technical means are presented. The technological part is devoted to the classification of fertilizer application methods (pre-sowing, sowing, post-sowing, intra-soil) and types of equipment, with an emphasis on the use of modern energy-saving technologies and GPS navigation. The design part of the work focuses on the modernization of the centrifugal disc spreader MVU-6, equipped with adjustable blades, which allows you to change the spreading width within 14–30 m depending on operating conditions. The section on labor protection contains labor safety requirements during the application of mineral fertilizers and safety measures when applying various types of fertilizers. Calculations of technical and economic indicators are also presented, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the implemented solution, in particular, reducing fertilizer costs and increasing productivity. The work developments are confirmed by engineering and technical calculations. |
