| Abstract: | Метою роботи була розробка заходів щодо інтенсифікації технології виробництва молока в умовах ТДВ «Племзавод «Михайлівка»» Сумської області. Для реалізації зазначеної мети було поставлено такі завдання: - вивчити загальну характеристику ферми та рівень продуктивності тварин; - проаналізувати організацію утримання та годівлі корів; - вивчити ступінь механізації виробничих процесів; - зробити аналіз організації отримання та реалізації молока; - вивчити технологію відтворення стада та вирощування ремонтного молодняку; - проаналізувати стан організації та оплати праці в господарстві; - провести аналіз ветеринарно-санітарних умов на молочнотоварній фермі. Вивчення та аналіз показників продуктивних якостей корів проводилося на основі даних господарської звітності, технологічних карт та звіту господарства. Біометричну обробку результатів досліджень проводили за допомогою сучасної комп’ютерної техніки з використанням табличного редактора Microsoft Excel 2003. |
| Description: | The purpose of the work was to develop measures to intensify milk production technology in the conditions of the “Mykhailivka” Breeding Plant in Sumy region. To implement this goal, the following tasks were set: - to study the general characteristics of the farm and the level of animal productivity; - to analyze the organization of keeping and feeding cows; - to study the degree of mechanization of production processes; - to analyze the organization of receiving and selling milk; - to study the technology of herd reproduction and raising replacement young stock; - analyze the state of organization and remuneration of labor in the farm; - conduct an analysis of veterinary and sanitary conditions on a dairy farm. The study and analysis of the indicators of productive qualities of cows was carried out on the basis of data from business reports, technological maps and farm reports. Biometric processing of research results was carried out using modern computer technology using the Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheet editor |
