| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна (бакалаврська) робота включає вступ, шість основних розділів, висновки, список із понад 30 використаних джерел і додатки. Робота має обсяг 48 сторінки, містить таблиці, рисунки та креслення графічної частини. Дослідження присвячено проєктуванню дільниці технічного обслуговування для тракторів класу 3.0, зокрема New Holland T8.410, які експлуатуються в ТОВ «МХП Урожайна країна». У роботі розглянуто виробничу структуру господарства, проведено розрахунки потреби в ремонтах і технічному обслуговуванні, визначено параметри та площі майстерні, підібрано обладнання, розроблено пристосування для демонтажу підшипників, описано технологію ТО та охорону праці. Проєкт спрямований на підвищення ефективності функціонування сільськогосподарської техніки шляхом створення умов для якісного і своєчасного технічного обслуговування, зменшення простоїв та продовження ресурсу машин. Робота має практичну цінність і може бути впроваджена в аграрних підприємствах з аналогічним машинно-тракторним парком. |
| Description: | The qualification (bachelor's) work includes an introduction, six main sections, conclusions, a list of more than 30 sources used and appendices. The work has a volume of 48 pages, contains tables, figures and drawings of the graphic part. The research is devoted to the design of a maintenance area for class 3.0 tractors, in particular New Holland T8.410, which are operated at LLC "MHP Urozhayna Kraina". The work considers the production structure of the farm, calculates the need for repairs and maintenance, determines the parameters and areas of the workshop, selects equipment, develops a device for dismantling bearings, describes the technology of maintenance and labor protection. The project is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural machinery by creating conditions for high-quality and timely maintenance, reducing downtime and extending the life of machines. The work has practical value and can be implemented in agricultural enterprises with a similar machine and tractor fleet. |
