| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання планування використання та охорони земель як важливої складової землевпорядного проєктування. Висвітлено теоретичні засади раціонального землекористування, сучасні підходи до охорони земельних ресурсів та інтеграцію екологічних і економічних чинників у процесі землевпорядкування. Проведено аналіз законодавчої бази та нормативних документів, що регламентують землевпорядне проєктування в Україні. Здійснено оцінку сучасного стану земельних ресурсів в Україні зокрема в період 2022-2024 року. Визначено основні тенденції у зміні доступності земель, динаміку відновлення сільськогосподарських угідь після початку повномасштабного вторгнення. Проаналізовано регіональні особливості втрат і відновлення земельного фонду, з акцентом на найбільш постраждалі та найбільш відновлені області. Особливу увагу приділено практичним аспектам планування землекористування з урахуванням потреб сталого розвитку та захисту ґрунтів. |
| Description: | The qualification work examines the issues of land use planning and land protection as an essential component of land management design. It highlights the theoretical foundations of rational land use, modern approaches to land resource protection, and the integration of environmental and economic factors into the land management process. An analysis of the legislative framework and regulatory documents governing land management design in Ukraine has been conducted. The current state of land resources in Ukraine has been assessed, particularly during the period of 2022-2024. Key trends in land accessibility changes and the dynamics of agricultural land restoration after the onset of the full-scale invasion have been identified. Regional peculiarities of land loss and recovery have been analyzed, with a focus on the most affected and most recovered regions. Special attention is given to the practical aspects of land use planning, taking into account the needs of sustainable development and soil protection. |
