| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу проєкту землеустрою щодо об'єднання земельних ділянок для ведення індивідуального садівництва. У дослідженні розглядається важливість раціонального використання та ефективного управління земельними ресурсами в умовах сучасних викликів. В роботі проведено комплексний аналіз нормативно-правової бази, що регулює питання землеустрою та об'єднання земельних ділянок, а також висвітлено особливості її застосування на практиці. На прикладі конкретного проєкту в межах Косівщинської сільської ради Сумського району Сумської області детально розглянуто всі етапи розробки та реалізації землеустрою. Основна увага приділяється теоретичним аспектам об’єднання земельних ділянок у процесі землеустрою, формуванню проєкту землеустрою щодо об’єднання земельних ділянок для ведення індивідуального садівництва та обґрунтуванню техніко-економічної доцільності об’єднання земельних ділянок для індивідуального садівництва. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the land management project on the unification of land plots for individual gardening. The study considers the importance of rational use and effective management of land resources in the face of modern challenges. The work provides a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework governing land management and unification of land plots, and also highlights the features of its application in practice. Using the example of a specific project within the Kosivshchyna village council of the Sumy district of the Sumy region, all stages of land management development and implementation are considered in detail. The main attention is paid to the theoretical aspects of the unification of land plots in the process of land management, the formation of a land management project for the unification of land plots for individual gardening and the justification of the technical and economic feasibility of the unification of land plots for individual gardening. |
