| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню біолого–екологічних характеристик винограду культурного (Vitis vinifera L.) у природних умовах Сумської області. Об'єктом дослідження обрано сорти з різними термінами дозрівання, а метою стало обґрунтування їх придатності до вирощування в умовах Північно–Східного Лісостепу України з урахуванням кліматичних і ґрунтових особливостей регіону. У процесі дослідження проведено порівняння біометричних показників для ранньостиглих, середньостиглих і пізньостиглих сортів винограду. Здійснено облік кількості пагонів, суцвіть, грон та розраховано середню масу одного грона. Для визначення фотосинтетичної здатності виноградної рослини, розраховано площу листової поверхні для кожного сорту. Виокремлено найбільш перспективні сорти для вирощування. У роботі окрему увагу приділено водному режиму рослин – як одному з ключових чинників формування врожаю. Для оцінки ефективності агротехнічного прийому зрошення були застосовані три різні режими поливу: контрольний (без зрошення), зрошення двічі на тиждень і зрошення тричі на тиждень. Результати експериментальних досліджень мають практичну значущість для розвитку виноградарства в Сумській області. Вони можуть бути використані при плануванні сортименту винограду та удосконаленні агротехнічних заходів. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of biological and ecological characteristics of cultivated grapes (Vitis vinifera L.) in the natural conditions of Sumy region. The object of the study was varieties with different ripening periods, and the aim was to substantiate their suitability for cultivation in the North–Eastern Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, taking into account the climatic and soil characteristics of the region. In the course of the study, biometric parameters for early, mid– and lateripening grape varieties were compared. The number of shoots, inflorescences, and bunches was recorded and the average weight of one bunch was calculated. To determine the photosynthetic capacity of the grape plant, the leaf surface area for each variety was calculated. The most promising for cultivation varieties were identified. Special attention is paid to the water regime of plants as one of the key factors in the formation of the crop. Three different irrigation regimes were used to assess the effectiveness of the agrotechnical irrigation method: control (no irrigation), irrigation twice a week and irrigation three times a week. The results of the experimental studies are of practical importance for the development of viticulture in Sumy region. They can be used in the planning of grape varieties and improvement of agronomic measures. |
